By using DomainIntel ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not exceed the public API limit (60 requests per minute) or attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • Do not use the service to harass, defame, or target individuals.
  • Do not scrape the site at scale — use the public JSON API instead.
  • Do not attempt to compromise the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

Data accuracy & "as-is"

All data is aggregated from public sources and provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on DomainIntel as the sole source for security, legal, or compliance decisions.

No affiliation

DomainIntel is not affiliated with ICANN, any registry, registrar, or trademark holder. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainIntel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or abuse the service. You can stop using the service at any time.
